WAU confirms Percat on multi-year deal
Walkinshaw Andretti United has secured Nick Percat for the 2022 Repco Supercars Championship and beyond.
The 33-year-old has signed a multi-year deal with WAU to form a blockbuster driving line-up alongside Chaz Mostert.
It marks a return to the Walkinshaw fold for Percat, who announced his exit from Brad Jones Racing last month.

The Percat announcement comes just hours after WAU incumbent Bryce Fullwood was confirmed at BJR for next season.
Percat will replace Fullwood in the #2 WAU entry.
"I am extremely excited and grateful to be joining Walkinshaw Andretti United," the four-time race winner said.
"Having been with the Walkinshaw family during my junior days in Formula Ford and Super2 this is where I feel at home.
"I’ve dreamt of having my name next to the No. 2 from a very young age and now for it to be reality is amazing.”
The South Australian made his championship debut with Walkinshaw Racing in 2010, and won the Bathurst 1000 on debut with the Holden Racing Team a year later.
Percat’s relationship with Walkinshaw Racing dates back to 2008.

The team aided Percat’s dominant run to the 2009 Australian Formula Ford title, and also backed his early development series campaigns.
He also made his full-time debut aboard a Coates-backed Walkinshaw Commodore in 2014.
That year, he finished 12th overall and scored podiums at Sydney Motorsport Park and Bathurst.
"I cannot wait to repay the faith to the team, especially Ryan and Martine,” Percat said.
"The Walkinshaw family has been a huge part of my career since 2007.
Percat has already reached the podium in 2021
"Driving alongside Chaz is something I am really looking forward to, he is undoubtedly one of the fastest guys on the grid.
"We spent a lot of time racing against each other since Formula Ford so now I’m excited to be joining forces with him as we work together to continue the team's progression to the front of the grid."
The 2021 Repco Supercars Championship will continue at this weekend’s Bunnings Trade Sydney SuperNight.

All sessions will be broadcast live on Fox Sports and streamed via Kayo.
The Seven Network will broadcast live from 3:30pm AEDT on Saturday and 12:30pm AEDT on Sunday.
