BJR announce one-off naming rights deal for Tasmania
Cameron Hill to run Wrest Point, Country Club Tasmania livery
Fans invited to livery launch next Thursday morning
Brad Jones Racing have announced a one-off naming rights deal for the upcoming Tyrepower Tasmania Super 440.
2026 recruit Cameron Hill's #14 Toyota GR Supra will be adorned with backing from Wrest Point and Country Club Tasmania, with the new livery to be unveiled next Thursday.
The fan event will be held at Country Club Tasmania, 10 minutes outside Launceston in Prospect Vale, with Hill to be joined by his teammates Andre Heimgartner and Macauley Jones, as well as eponymous team owner Brad Jones.
The livery will be unveiled at 11am local time.
Country Club Tasmania is set to open their new 18-hole Championship Gold Course in summer, with the three drivers set to test their golf skills against fans at the venue's driving range.
“We’re very excited to announce our partnership with Wrest Point and Country Club Tasmania," said team owner Brad Jones.
“We’ve developed some really engaging concepts that bring fans into the experience at the venue, while also adding a bit of fun for our drivers.
"Launching the car at Country Club Tasmania and giving people the chance to get involved at The Range creates an experience that goes beyond the track.
“It adds a different dimension to the partnership, and we’re always looking for ways to do things a little differently. Hopefully this type of collaboration opens up new opportunities in Tasmania and encourages fans to discover more of Launceston and the surrounding region.”
Ross Hannah, Country Club Tasmania General Manager added: “Our partnership with Brad Jones Racing is a fantastic collaboration which reinforces our commitment to helping grow tourism in Northern Tasmania.
"The partnership highlights the amazing events on offer in Launceston and Northern Tasmania, with the upcoming 2026 Tasmania Super 440.
“Country Club Tasmania has always been a place where sport, entertainment and community come together, and with the opening of the Championship Golf Course next summer we are thrilled to bring fans of motorsports and golf together for the race weekend.”
BJR have strong form in Tasmania, with former driver Bryce Fullwood having picked up podiums in the last two years at the venue. The 2019 Super2 champion is expected to return to the Albury squad in their yet-to-be-confirmed enduro line-up.
Hill currently sits 15th in the points standings ahead of the Tyrepower Tasmania Super 440 from May 22-24. Tickets for the event are on sale now.
