Mungabareena Aboriginal Corportation partner with BJR for fourth straight year
Artwork celebrates the story of Albury-Wodonga organisation
Brad Jones Racing have unveiled their first Indigenous livery for the 2026 betr Darwin Triple Crown, pulling the covers off the #8 Toyota of Andre Heimgartner.
BJR have partnered for the fourth year running with Mungabareena Aboriginal Corporation (MAC) for their Indigenouse liveries, MAC providing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in the Albury-Wodonga region.
The #8 R&J Batteries Supra features artwork that has been created by current MAC employees, with the artwork celebrating the story of the organisation, including it's creation, growth, achievements, and ongoing commitment to achieving positive outcomes for the community.
Local Albury-Wodonga landmarks such as the Murray River are represented, as well as the company's origin story of three Aunties sitting at a kitchen table.

MAC now provide services in five sectors, namely Early Years, Families, Health, Housing, and Justice, having grown from humble beginnings in the 1990s.
“This round is always incredibly special, and the team’s relationship with MAC has grown strongly over the past few years," said Heimgartner, who was a race winner last time out in Tasmania.
“The car looks amazing, and I’m excited to get it on track in Darwin. Hopefully we can build on what we achieved at the last round and carry that momentum through all three days in the Top End.”
Team owner Brad Jones added: “We have worked with the team at MAC since 2023, and over that time they have created some truly inspiring artworks that we’ve had the privilege of racing with.
“MAC provides invaluable support and services to the Albury-Wodonga community and surrounding region. Being able to showcase their work and story on a national stage is a small way for us to give back to an organisation that has such a significant impact locally.”
Liveries for the Supras of Cameron Hill and Macauley Jones will be revealed in due course.
Supercars' Official Indigenous Round will be held from Juen 19-21 at the betr Darwin Triple Crown. Tickets are on sale now.
