South Australian icon to return to Cameron Hill's Supra at Adelaide
Hill to be joined by South Australian young gun Brad Vaughan for enduros
Cameron Hill's Brad Jones Racing Supra will carry a homegrown South Australian livery for both the AirTouch 500 at The Bend and the bp Adelaide Grand Final.
Hill will race with the backing of Farmers Union Iced Coffee for the two South Australian Supercars events, with the striking white livery unveiled on Thursday at The Bend.
Further adding to the South Australian feel of the #14 Toyota at The Bend is the addition of BJR Super2 driver Brad Vaughan as co-driver, the rising star calling the Barossa Valley home.
Farmers Union has become an iconic part of South Australian culture, having been manufactured in Adelaide since 1977, and approaching its 50th anniversary next year.
“Having Farmers Union Iced Coffee on the car for The Bend and Adelaide is pretty cool,” said Hill, who sits 16th in the championship heading to The Bend.
“It’s such an iconic South Australian brand and something that so many people here have a connection with, so I’m looking forward to seeing the reaction when the car hits the track.
“We had a pretty strong test day leading into the event. You can’t read a lot into it but topping the tables at the end of the day is still a good feeling.
"Brad Vaughan has been great to work with so far, he’s obviously been around the team a bit this year with Super2 so it’s been good to get to know him.
“I’m pretty excited for this weekend and the Farmers Union Iced Coffee car looks amazing.”

The Farmers Union Supra will hit the track for the first time on Friday, with Practice 1 at the AirTouch 500 at The Bend commencing at 11:25am local time/11:55am AEST.
