Brad Jones Racing, Shure fire up with new Bryce Fullwood livery
Fullwood to race new-look white Shure livery on the Gold Coast
Fullwood carried Shure colours to a podium in Tasmania
Bryce Fullwood's final Gold Coast campaign with Brad Jones Racing will come with a striking new Shure look.
BJR and audio giant Shure have released a new livery for the #14 Chevrolet Camaro, which will hit the track for the first time on Friday.
Fullwood carried a green Shure livery to a podium in Tasmania in May. For the Gold Coast, green has been replaced by white, the new look being brought to life by 3M Films and PPG Paints.
BJR has also become a hub of noise, with the team adding two massive Electro-Voice speakers to its garage set-up from the AirToich 500 at The Bend back in September.
The Tasmanian podium has been the highlight of Fullwood's season, which will be his last at BJR, with his four-year tenure set to end after Adelaide. Race winner Cameron Hill has been signed to replace the 27-year-old.
“This has to be the best looking car on the Gold Coast, and that’s saying something. The team and Shure have done an incredible job to bring this to life. You really can’t miss it,” Fullwood said.
“It’s great to have Shure back on the car for Surfers, they’re the perfect fit for the event.
“The guys will have the tunes pumping this weekend, the BJR garage will be bringing the party vibes that’s for sure.
“We’re out to get some redemptions after Bathurst. That was a tough outing, so hopefully we have a bit of fun on the streets of the Gold Coast.”
Having at one stage looked like an outside chance at storming into The Finals, a difficult Ryco Enduro Cup saw the 2019 Super2 champion end the regular season 17th in points.
Fullwood is looking likely to miss out on a full-time seat in 2025 as the silly season approaches an end, with just three seats left on the grid for 2026.
Practice 1 commences Friday at the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500. Tickets are on sale now.
