Brodie Kostecki will get more laps under his belt following his home Supercars round, with the Erebus Motorsport driver securing a Trans Am cameo.

Kostecki, 26, will steer a third TFH Hire-backed Trans Am entry at the upcoming SpeedSeries event at The Bend Motorsport Park, following Round 4 of the Supercars season in Perth.

The Bosch Power Tools Perth SuperSprint, on May 17-19, will be Kostecki’s first event in Australia — and his native Perth — since he won the 2023 championship last November. Tickets for the Perth round are on sale now.

The reigning Supercars champion returned to racing at the ITM Taupō Super400 earlier this month, and finished 14th and 13th in the two races.

TFH Hire Services stepped up in 2024 with naming rights of reigning champions Erebus, with the company also a backer of Todd Hazelwood.

Hazelwood, who substituted for Kostecki at the first two rounds of the 2024 Supercars season, is also competing in Trans Am, with TFH backing.

Kostecki joins Hazelwood and young driver Joshua Thomas in a three-car TFH Trans Am effort at The Bend, two weeks after Kostecki returns to the seat of his #1 TFH Gen3 Camaro in Perth on May 17-19.

"It’s great to be going Trans Am racing again with the TFH Hire crew and would like to thank Brett and everyone from TFH Racing for the opportunity,” Kostecki said.

Hazelwood, who will return with Erebus in the enduros, added: "It’s awesome to have BK join the team at TFH Racing with our Trans Am program.

"Having another car with extra data will be extremely valuable for Josh and I as we continue to grow our team and push for race wins.

"It’s also cool to see the association with TFH Hire and Erebus Motorsport continue to grow and develop into a stronger partnership and excited for what the future holds.”
