Supercars to contest 100km sprint race at 4:15pm on Friday
The 2026 Repco Supercars Championship returns to North Queensland for the NTI Townsville 500.
Supercars drivers will contest three races across three days, starting with a 100km sprint on Friday. Drivers will then fight for victory in 200km refuelling races on Saturday and Sunday.
Broc Feeney leads Matt Payne by a reduced 15 points, with Darwin Triple Crown winner Cam Waters 183 points down. Brodie Kostecki is 203 points behind, with Kai Allen and Anton De Pasquale within 250 points of Feeney.
The Supercars field also expands from 24 to 26 drivers, with Matt Stone Racing and Tickford Racing running wildcards for Aaron Seton and Reuben Goodall respectively.
