Cooper Murray will sport a new look at this weekend's MSS Security Melbourne SuperSprint, inspired by one of the most iconic motorsport liveries of all-time.

Having contested the opening round of the championship with Chiko backing on the #99 Camaro, Young Timer's Garage come onboard as naming rights partner at Albert Park.

The livery marks an expansion of the partnership between YTG and Erebus, who launched their 2025 season at YTG's February Open House in Keysborough.

The black and gold hues for Murray are inspired by the John Player Special Formula 1 liveries made famous by Lotus in the 1970s and 1980s by the likes of Ayrton Senna, Mario Andretti, and Emerson Fittipaldi.

23-year-old Murray is looking forward to his first home event as a full-time Supercars driver, at a venue where he claimed a podium finish in Carrera Cup in 2020.

“We had an incredible day launching our season with YTG, and it’s awesome to have them on board as primary partner on my car for the Australian Grand Prix,” said Murray.

“The livery looks unbelievable, and I can’t wait to hit the track with it in front of a huge crowd at Albert Park.”

Erebus CEO Barry Ryan has also welcomed the expansion of the partnership with YTG, which has quickly established itself as one of Australia's leading premium automotive and lifestyle brands.

“Shaun and the team at YTG share our passion for performance and pushing the limits, so it’s great to expand our partnership in such a big way,” Ryan said.

“The Grand Prix is one of the biggest events of the year, and this car will definitely stand out on track.”

YTG founder Shaun Baker said that signing up to be the naming rights partner on the #99 Erebus Camaro was a logical step following a successful season launch in February.

“Erebus is a team that embodies everything we believe in at YTG—passion, excellence, and a drive to be the best,” said Baker.

“After hosting the season launch, it was a no-brainer to continue that momentum into the Grand Prix, and we’re thrilled to see our brand showcased on such a stunning livery.”

Murray enters his second weekend as a full-time Supercars driver 21st in the standings after a tough opening round at Sydney Motorsport Park.

Murray was caught up in collisions in both of the 200km races on Saturday and Sunday, copping 15 second penalties after colliding with Will Davison and Broc Feeney respectively.

The MSS Security Melbourne SuperSprint begins on Thursday.
