Erebus Motorsport have unveiled the latest look for rookie Cooper Murray in the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship.
Gold Coast fuel supplier Hope Energy return to Erebus after a successful outing last year with the team, with 2024's predominantly white and grey look making way for a bold orange and grey look in
The 23-year-old enters the Gold Coast off the back of a stunning Ryco Enduro Cup campaign with rookie Jobe Stewart, finishing seventh at The Bend, and being right in contention for an upset Bathurst win before contact with James Golding dropped him to fourth.
Currently 18th in the standings, thus missing out on qualifying for the Finals Series, Murray is looking to play spoiler this weekend at Surfers Paradise.
Murray said: “It’s great to have Hope Energy back with us. They were part of a winning combination last year and it’s awesome to carry that partnership forward.
"The Gold Coast track is always a challenge, but it’s one I’m really looking forward to and hopefully we can bring home a surfboard this weekend.”
Erebus carry strong form at the seaside street circuit, with Brodie Kostecki dominating last year's Sunday race in what proved to be his final race win for the team.
Kostecki was also strong in 2023, claiming podiums on both days on route to that year's Repco Supercars Championship crown.
Erebus CEO Barry Ryan echoed Murray's sentiment: “It’s fantastic to have Hope Energy back with us on the streets of Surfers Paradise.
"Last year’s win with Brodie was a highlight, and with Cooper’s recent form, we’re confident we can keep that rolling.”
Fans can get a first glimpse of the new-look #99 Camaro at Hope Energy's Biggera Waters outlet from 11am-1pm on Thursday, with both Murray and Stewart set to be on-site.'
