Bryce Fullwood proud to finish on a high amid uncertain future
Fullwood claimed top 10 in final race start with Brad Jones Racing
Darwin born driver set to transition to co-driving in 2026
Bryce Fullwood wanted to end his full-time stint with Brad Jones Racing on a high with a top 10. So, he went out and got it.
Amid a weekend of farewells for retiring drivers James Courtney, Nick Percat and Will Davison, outgoing BJR driver Fullwood was also one to see the end of an era.
The 2019 Super2 champion is set to transition into co-driving next season, having been replaced by outgoing Matt Stone Racing driver Cameron Hill at BJR.
Fullwood lobbed at BJR in 2022 after a two-year stint with Walkinshaw Andretti United, which is currently celebrating Chaz Mostert's championship.
Fullwood scored two podiums with BJR, both coming at Symmons Plains Raceway in 2024 and 2025. Heading into the final race in Adelaide, Fullwood was determined to finish strongly, which he did in a run to 10th.

It was solid reward for Fullwood, who has yet to confirm his 2026 plans. At the time of publication, 13 co-drivers have been confirmed among 25 enduro entries next year, including one confirmed wildcard entry.
Fullwood debuted in the 2018 enduros with Matt Stone Racing, which is set for at least one co-driver change following Tim Slade's move to Penrite Racing. There are also vacancies at Tickford Racing and Blanchard Racing Team.
"I really wanted a top 10 to finish off my time here with Brad Jones Racing and all the crew,” Fullwood said.
"It's been a pleasure. I've learned a lot. Not sure what's next, but gotta really enjoy some time with the boys while I've got it.”
An outgoing BJR driver who does know his future is Jaxon Evans, who will replace PremiAir Racing recruit Jayden Ojeda alongside WAU star Ryan Wood.
18th in his final BJR start wasn't what Evans wanted, but the New Zealander took solace in knowing he will be in and around the Supercars paddock next season.
“My day was pretty average, but that's the result side of things. So no, all in all, it was awesome to spend another weekend with the BJR crew, sad to be leaving them, but it's the way things panned out," the Kiwi said.
"But frustrating weekend results wise for us, not the way we wanted to round out the year. Grateful for the opportunity, grateful to have met so many nice people, I'm sure I'll see them around the paddock."
The 2026 Supercars season commences in Sydney on February 20-22.
