As 2025 winds down, Supercars.com is looking over all 11 teams and their performances in this year's Repco Supercars Championship, starting with Blanchard Racing Team.
When Aaron Love and James Courtney collided in Sydney qualifying, you could've forgiven some at Blanchard Racing Team for muttering, "here we go again."
By year's end, the Ford squad eliminated many growing pains that had stunted their growth in recent years, with the retiring Courtney claiming BRT's first podium, and rookie Aaron Cameron going from strength to strength after replacing Love.
The team debuted as a one-car squad in 2021, and had little to write home about heading into 2025. Under Tim Blanchard and Kate Harrington, no one panicked, fortunes changed dramatically throughout the season.
While some opportunities were missed, BRT punched above its weight, and the results kept coming. A maiden top 10 qualifying result in Ipswich kickstarted a brilliant second half for Cameron, who fought for the minors in Bathurst, made the Shootout on the Gold Coast, and led the opening laps of the Adelaide Saturday race.
The clear highlight, though, was Courtney's emotional podium in Perth, which was BRT's first. After some years of outs, BRT finally arrived, and given the vibes in their garage in Adelaide, they're going nowhere in a hurry.

What's next in 2026?
James Golding fills a James Courtney-sized hole in 2026, and while the 2010 Supercars champ is a superstar, BRT has gained a driver hungry for results.
Retaining Cameron was also proof that BRT isn't keen to blow everything up year after year to try and reinvent the wheel. On one side of the garage, there's a seasoned driver who has yet to reach his prime. On the other, there's an impressive rookie who has runs on the board.
With a new workshop in build, BRT's future is bright. Investment is being made in the right areas, and results achieved throughout 2025 weren't flukes.
Given the gains made in 2025, and Golding's desire to take the next step, why not dream big? BRT is hunting its first win and pole, and armed with Triple Eight technical support, it could be just around the corner.
