Dick Johnson Racing will show off its new-look Ford Mustangs and star drivers to fans at a workshop open day.

The Ford team has confirmed it will host a public event, two days after the public release of its 2025 Shell V-Power livery, on February 8.

Fans can meet 2024 Bathurst 1000 winners Brodie Kostecki and Todd Hazelwood, two-time Bathurst winner Will Davison and Supercars legend Dick Johnson.

The team’s 2025 Mustangs will be on display at the event, which comes just days before both cars hit the track at a shakedown.

The Shell V-Power Racing Team Fan Day will take place from 8.30am to 10.30am (AEST) at 10 Emeri Street, Stapylton, Queensland.

“The entire Shell V-Power Racing Team is super excited for the 2025 season and for us an important part of that preparation for Sydney is hosting the Fan Day on Saturday, 8 February,” DJR CEO David Noble said.

“We think the 2025 livery will be one that all fans want to see in person for themselves, so this day is the perfect time to do just that and also meet and greet with our drivers.

“We’re also going to have some great giveaways at the event, thanks to our partners who have been very supportive of this event.

“Plus of course our 2025 merchandise range will be available to buy for the first time.

“We know there has been a lot of changes at Shell V-Power Racing Team over this off-season, so for our members and fans this is a great opportunity to see how we’re shaping up for the opening round in Sydney in just a few weeks.”

DJR follows the likes of Erebus Motorsport and Team 18 in hosting fan events. Erebus will host an open house livery reveal at Melbourne’s Young Timer’s Garage, while Team 18 will unveil its new cars at its new headquarters.

Tickets for the season-opening round in Sydney, on February 21-23, are on sale now.
