Team 18 has announced a date for its official 2025 Repco Supercars Championship season launch.
The Charlie Schwerkolt-owned squad will unveil new driver Anton De Pasquale, as well as second-year driver David Reynolds, on Wednesday February 12.
De Pasquale, Reynolds and their respective DEWALT and TRADIE Chevrolet Camaros will be revealed the the team’s brand-new headquarters in Mount Waverley.
It comes after Team 18 transitioned into a brand new facility in Mount Waverley, located adjacent to their former base, over the off-season. The team's new headquarters, according to Team 18, represent a significant milestone in the Camaro squad's commitment to long-term growth and competitiveness.
Following the February 12 launch, Team 18 will join rival squads at Sydney Motorsport Park for pre-season testing on February 19, before the season opening Sydney 500 on February 21-23.
Team 18 follows Matt Stone Racing is announcing livery reveal plans, with MSR to uncover its first livery at the upcoming Canberra Festival of Speed.
“It’s been a monumental off-season for Team 18, and we are thrilled to showcase our brand-new headquarters at our season launch,” Schwerkolt said.
“With two exceptional drivers in Dave and Anton, new talent joining our team from across the grid, and our cutting-edge facility, we are getting set for an exciting 2025 season.
“Our season launch will be a fantastic opportunity to reveal our team’s colours and celebrate the start of a new chapter with our partners and guests."
Reynolds added: “Our season launch will be a great way to start an important year for us as a team, fighting as hard as we can with both cars from the outset.
“The team has been working tirelessly to prepare for the new season, and I’m eager to see the results of their incredible dedication and effort, I’m looking forward to an exciting season ahead.”
De Pasquale, who moved from Dick Johnson Racing, said: “I can’t wait to see my new DEWALT Camaro unveiled at the launch. It’s an exciting time at Team 18 as we get set for the pre-season test and the opening round in Sydney.
