Will Davison is excited for the next chapter of life with wife Riana Crehan, with the couple expecting their first child.

Shell V-Power Racing Team driver Davison and Supercars pit reporter revealed their exciting news in February.

Crehan was absent from last weekend’s betr Darwin Triple Crown, with Davison scoring his first podium of the season.

The couple wed in 2020, with Davison set to become the latest father on the Supercars grid.

David Reynolds, Mark Winterbottom, James Courtney, Tim Slade and Andre Heimgartner are all fathers.

“I definitely missed her here, but exciting times,” Davison said on the Schick Cool Down Lap podcast in Darwin.

“We’re very excited for that, it’s a big new chapter ahead.

“I’m really intrigued to see how it will change your outlook on life, it’s a good time for us.

“I’m excited to experience that new chapter in life, it’s going to be amazing.”

Davison was proud to take home a trophy, his first podium since Gold Coast last October.

It continued an upwards trend for the Ford squad, which last won courtesy of Davison in New Zealand last September.

“We’ve got an amazing team, it’s hard yakka at the moment, but we’ll be right,” he said.

“The car felt good this weekend, the trophy was good yesterday.

“We’re definitely learning some good stuff.”

Davison is ninth in the standings, 362 points from the lead, heading to the next round in Townsville.

The 2023 Repco Supercars Championship will resume at the NTI Townsville 500 on July 7-9. Tickets are on sale now.
