Car to complete demonstration laps on Friday, Saturday, Sunday
In a seminal moment for Supercars and Toyota, the new-for-2026 GR Supra Supercar will turn its first public laps at the 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000.
After being announced in September 2024, the project has accelerated in recent weeks, with the first ever prototype revealed at this year's Bathurst launch.
From there, the car was taken to Winton Motor Raceway for testing, while another was prepared for the historic voyage to the United States for wind tunnel testing.
The Supra will travel to Bathurst for the biggest week of the year, and will have a presence across the major days of the event.
The Toyota will take part in the fan-favourite Track to Town on Wednesday October 8, with all 27 Supercars driving from Mount Panorama to Russell Street.
There, the Supra will be on display at the Repco Bathurst Street Party from 5:00pm to 7:00pm local time.
From Thursday to Sunday, the Supra will be on display for fans in Garage 19. Fans must have a paddock pass to view the car.
For fans at the circuit, the Supra will turn its historic first laps of the Mountain in a demonstration session on Friday October 10, at 5:05pm.
It will also hit the track at 9:30am and 4:50pm on Saturday October 11, and on race day at 7:40am.
Track action at the 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000 will commence on Thursday October 9. Tickets for the event are on sale now.
