James Golding to run Dayco backing on the Gold Coast
Foundation BRT backers step up to primary sponsor
On-track action commences on Friday
James Golding will have another new livery for the Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500, as one of the Blanchard Racing Team's foundation backers steps up for a one-off primary sponsorship.
Golding, who ran a white, red, and blue look through the Ryco Enduro Cup, reverts to his familiar blue hues on the #7 Ford, though will run with primary backing from Dayco. Golding will also be sporting a Dayco racesuit.
Dayco have backed BRT since they branched out into a standalone operation in 2021, though have never before taken on primary backing on any of the BRT Fords that have run since.
CoolDrive Auto Parts, who have been the most prominent sponsor on the Golding Mustang this year, are one of Dayco's major trade distributors.

Geoff Upton, General Manager for Dayco Australia said: "Dayco has been involved at the top level of Australian motorsport for more than a decade, so it is exciting to see our global brand take prominence on one of the BRT Mustangs at this famed Supercar event.
"The team has done an excellent job with this one-off livery design, ensuring strong Dayco brand impact and generating quality live event, television, digital and print media exposure to our customers across Australia and the world.
"We are looking forward to seeing our Dayco BRT Mustang head into battle on the streets of Surfers Paradise."
Golding missed the cut for the 2026 Repco Supercars Finals Series, and is 13th in points ahead of the Finals opener on the Gold Coast.
On-track action commences with two practice sessions and Boost Mobile Qualifying on Friday.
