Broc Feeney will pass a special career milestone this weekend at the Snowy River Caravans Tasmania Super 440.

A perennial frontrunner since making his full-time debut in the Repco Supercars Championship in 2022, the 22-year-old will record his 100th career Supercars start in Race 12 of the championship on Saturday afternoon.

Currently sitting on 98 career starts, with 13 wins and 31 podiums among them, 97 of Feeney's starts have become behind the wheel of a Triple Eight-entered Holden or Chevrolet.

His only start that wasn't in a GM product? His very first start back in 2020, a drive which only came about after the COVID pandemic triggered a team and driver shuffle.

Aged just 17 at the start of the 2020 season, Feeney had already established himself as a superstar in the making through his junior career.

Feeney won the 2019 Super3 Series, having started the season as a 16-year-old, and was only 15 when he became the youngest ever winner in what is now known as the GR Cup in 2018.

Feeney was a star pupil of 2014 Bathurst winner Paul Morris' driver development pipeline run out of the Norwell Motorplex, and graduated to Super2 in 2020 with Tickford Racing.

Feeney Winton 2019

Feeney had already logged miles in main game Supercars equipment from Erebus and DJR Team Penske in 2019, as well as testing one of Brad Jones Racing's Super2 Commodores in 2018.

There were no main game appearances planned for Feeney in 2020, as Tickford announced an experienced enduro line-up of James Moffat, Michael Caruso, reigning Bathurst winner Alex Prémat, and Jack Perkins in the 23Red Racing Mustang.

However, the pandemic wreaked havoc on Tickford's plans, with 23Red forced to close down following the withdrawal of primary backer Milwaukee Tools, and Prémat also being rendered unavailable due to border closures.

Tickford bought out the 23Red license, and provided a Supercars lifeline for James Courtney, who brought long-time backer Boost Mobile with him, with the telco provider also backing Feeney's young career at the time.

As such, Feeney was drafted in to make his Supercars debut alongside Courtney at that year's Bathurst 1000, replacing Perkins, whilst 23Red's full-time driver Will Davison slotted in alongside Cam Waters.

Feeney's maiden Bathurst weekend got off to a shaky start when his rookie Super2 season came to an abrupt end with a heavy qualifying crash at The Esses on Saturday.

However, Sunday was a much better day for the teenager, who celebrated his 18th birthday on the same day he made his Supercars and Bathurst debuts.

Feeney/Courtney Bathurst 2020

After Courtney put the car in the Top 10 Shootout and qualified eighth, Feeney drove cleanly throughout the day as the #44 Mustang finished 10th.

The 2020 Bathurst 1000 would prove to be Feeney's final start for Tickford Racing, with Triple Eight announcing that Feeney would move to Banyo to spearhead a title challenge in the 2021 Dunlop Super2 Series.

The history books show that Feeney duly delivered that Super2 crown, and was handed the task of replacing a retiring Jamie Whincup for the 2022 Repco Supercars Championship, with his first two full-time campaigns highlighted by Adelaide 500 and Sandown 500 victories.

Feeney will add to his tally of a single Supercars start in a Ford next year, as Red Bull Ampol Racing will make their bombshell switch from Chevrolet to Ford.

Feeney is currently fourth in the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship with one race win to his name, 61 points behind championship-leading teammate Will Brown.

On-track action at the Snowy River Caravans Tasmania Super 440 begins with Practice 1 tomorrow at 11:55am AEST. Tickets for the event are on sale now.
