Jess Yates to meet and greet fans at Repco Bathurst 1000
Supercars broadcaster to hold special signing session in Merch Alley
Yates meeting fans between 4:00pm and 4:30pm on Saturday
Supercars TV presenter Jess Yates is inviting fans on the Mountain to a special signing session with her new children's picture book.
Yates has partnered with Scholastic Australia to release her new book, Let's Go Racing.
In an exciting new fan engagement initiative at the 2025 Repco Bathurst 1000, Let's Go Racing will be on sale in the Harris Park precinct at Mount Panorama.
Yates will be doing a signing on Saturday afternoon at the Supercars merchandise tent near the paddock entry between 4:00pm and 4:30pm before the Boost Mobile Top Ten Shootout.
The traditional all-driver autograph session will also see all 54 drivers available to meet with fans outside their team garages in the Paddock Area from 3:10pm to 3:45pm.
“Let's Go Racing is all about giving kids and parents the opportunity to come to the race track and experience how dynamic that environment is,” Yates said.
“It was inspired by my kids who of course, watch me on TV every other week that I'm at a race track, and they absolutely love it.
"And so this was an opportunity for me to share that with them, but also give a bit more insight into what actually happens at the track and explore some of the language that you hear on TV all the time."
Yates became the lead presenter for Supercars in 2015, and has remained a popular member of the broadcast team since.
She has is also a prominent ambassador for women in motorsport, including becoming an FIA Girls on Track Ambassador, and hosting Supercars' Women in Motorsport Breakfasts.
The Repco Bathurst 1000 runs from October 9-12 at Mount Panorama. Tickets, including Paddock Pass upgrades, are available now at Supercars.com.
