Iconic V8 Supercars collection finds new home
Collection sold to private buyer via Young Timers Garage
Collection includes Bathurst, championship winners
An historic collection of iconic V8 Supercar machinery has been sold to a new home.
A collection previously owned by Sydney-based Muscle Car Warehouse has been sold to a private buyer via Young Timers Garage.
The collection includes Bathurst winners raced by Craig Lowndes, Jamie Whincup and Larry Perkins, and title winners raced by Whincup and Marcos Ambrose.
MCW collected the cars over recent years, with a number of cars making public appearances.

Notably, the 1993, 2006 and 2012 Bathurst winners hit the track to mark the 60th anniversary Bathurst 1000 celebrations in 2023.
The cars, while now owned privately, are set to be made available for future public events.
"What a privilege and an honour to have played a small part in the incredible stories of some of the most iconic V8 Supercars ever raced,” YTG posted to social media.
"Whincup, Perkins, Lowndes and Ambrose are just some of the legendary names perched on the rear windows of these incredibly special cars.
"We are very excited to confirm that the MCW Collection has officially been passed on, all together, to a worthy new home. The next chapter for these cars is going to be truly special.”
The 2026 Repco Supercars Championship will resume in Tasmania on May 22-24.
