Special collaboration project to take place in Bathurst
Global American superstar to take to Mount Panorama
2025 Repco Bathurst 1000 set for October 9-12
A special project collaboration between global motorsport superstar Travis Pastrana and HOONIGAN is set to take place at Mount Panorama.
Pastrana is best known for his stunts across freestyle motocross and rally racing, is a multi-time X Games gold medalist, and co-founded Nitro Circus.
He was the first to land a double backflip in competition in 2006, is a four-time Rally America champion, and even made his Daytona 500 debut in 2023.
The superstar American was in Australia earlier this year to contest the Race of Champions for Team USA in Sydney.
The special Bathurst project will involve Pastrana, cars, and, according to HOONIGAN, "something fans are going to love.”
The world-famous Mount Panorama Circuit will provide a unique backdrop for the project, with the circuit currently set for the 2025 edition of the Repco Bathurst 1000.
While the spotlight remains on the Great Race and Supercars stars, the project intends to feed off the special energy of the biggest week in Australian motorsport.
Track action at Mount Panorama will commence on Thursday October 9, with festivities getting underway with a new fan event on Tuesday.
The Repco Bathurst Street Party will light up the city CBD on Wednesday October 8, before four days of blockbuster action at Mount Panorama.
