Matt Stone Racing has taken the covers off its new-for-2024 Bendix Racing and Tyrepower Racing Camaros at a special livery launch.

MSR has welcomed Bendix and Tyrepower as naming-rights partners for recruit Nick Percat and Cameron Hill respectively.

The Queensland-based team revealed its new colours in front of parters at its Yatala base, with Percat and Hill also on hand to celebrate the occasion.

The team also enters 2024 with new racing numbers, with Percat to run the #10, and Hill the #4, the latter celebrating 20 years since Marcos Ambrose’s first title.

The two MSR Camaros are predominantly blue, Percat’s car carrying Bendix teal and Hill’s car sporting the deep blue of Tyrepower.

George Kyriakopoulos (MP Group Australia Bendix CEO) and Jeff Newick (Tyrepower Retail Development Manager) helped the team reveal its new looks. Bendix will run on Percat’s #10 Camaro for the whole season, with Tyrepower locked in on Hill’s car for the first two rounds.

Supaglass Industries, SS Signs, SP Tools, Retravision, MGM Bulk, DAF, UNIT, Coregas, Air Control, Emerge Office, Truck Assist, Triple M Tray Bodies, Border Towing and GeoTech Australia will also back the two Chevrolets.

The launch comes just days after Percat and Hill tested at Queensland Raceway, with the new season starting at the Thrifty Bathurst 500 on February 23-25.

“Today’s livery launch has been a great way to begin a new chapter for MSR in 2024,” team owner Stone said.

"We are pleased to have so many people attend today’s important moment from our strong partner group. Both the Bendix Racing and Tyrepower Racing cars look fantastic and I can’t wait to see them on track at the Bathurst 500 in a few weeks.”

Percat said: “Having a sponsor in Bendix that is so engaged in the team and excited to be a part of the sport is really refreshing. There's so many cool ideas that we've already got planned for 2024, so it’s going to be an epic season.

"The car felt good during our pre-season test and the MSR team have been super welcoming, which has helped with settling in at the new home.

"Now that we know what it looks like, I’m just really looking forward to getting on track at Bathurst in the Bendix Racing Supercar.”

Hill added: “It’s awesome to unveil the Tyrepower Racing Chevrolet Camaro in front of our core partner group, and we’re excited to have Tyrepower onboard for the first few rounds.

"The blue and red livery will look great on track, especially with the famous SBR #4 on the windows. We ticked a lot of boxes on our pre-season test day and found some things that the car responded to, so I’m keen to roll out for Practice 1 at Bathurst and kick start the year.”
