Pre orders for the new book have opened here today on the V8 Sleuth SuperStore, with ‘Erebus Motorsport – From Challengers to Champions’ set to arrive in stock in March/April 2024.

Written by award-winning journalists Bruce Newton and V8 Sleuth’s Stefan Bartholomaeus and published by the team behind V8 Sleuth, the new officially licenced book charts Erebus’ pathway from its debut in 2013 with an ambitious three-car Mercedes-Benz AMG program all the way through to its 2023 Repco Supercars Championship Driver’s and Team’s Championship victories.

The hardcover 288-page collectors’ book is packed with information and features chapters on each year of the team from 2013 onwards, including breakout pieces on past and present drivers and team personnel.

The book culminates in Brodie Kostecki’s stunning championship win sealed on the streets of Adelaide aboard his #99 Coca-Cola Camaro ZL1.

“Bruce Newton has been working away on this book for us as the season has unfolded and the team’s stunning double championship win in Adelaide has added the ultimate ending to it,” says publisher, V8 Sleuth’s Aaron Noonan.

“The rise of Erebus is a great story and there’s lots of memories and moments covered in the pages of this new book.

“While it certainly covers the team’s successful 2023 season in depth, this is by no means a 2023 yearbook. It’s much more than that and tells the full story from Betty Klimenko’s first steps in racing through all of the ups and down to that magic weekend in Adelaide.”

The book features a wide range of images from AN1 Images archives, many of which have not been published before, as well as history pieces on each of the team’s Mercedes-Benz, Commodore and Camaro Supercar race cars and much more.
