Erebus Motorsport has officially announced Jayden Ojeda alongside Jack Le Brocq for the upcoming Penrite Oil Sandown 500 and Repco Bathurst 1000.

Rising star Ojeda returns alongside Le Brocq, albeit at Erebus, following their successful pairing at Matt Stone Racing last year.

Le Brocq and Ojeda raced to ninth at last year's Great Race, with Le Brocq later shifting to Erebus for the 2024 season.

Ojeda is no stranger to Erebus, testing with the team before the commencement of the 2024 season amid Brodie Kostecki's absence.

Kostecki has since been partnered with Todd Hazelwood, who substituted for the reigning champion at the first two events of the season.

Already in 2024, Ojeda has taken out the Bathurst 6 Hour, and is currently competing in the Fanatec GT World Challenge Australia. The Sydneysider also took part in the Fuji SUPER TEC 24 Hours, Asian Le Mans Series and the Bathurst 12 Hour.

"We’re all looking forward to having Jayden join us for the enduros,” Erebus Team Principal Brad Tremain said.

“His experience and having already paired with Jack make him an obvious choice and alongside Brodie and Todd in the #1 car, we think we’ve got a really strong line up to take on Sandown and the Mountain."

Ojeda, who will make his fourth Bathurst start, added: "I'm really looking forward to driving with Jack again.

“We had a good run last year and I'm eager to build on that, particularly now with the Erebus crew behind us. The team is top-notch, and I can't wait to see what we can achieve together."

There are now five vacancies left on the enduro grid, with two at Tickford Racing (Cam Waters and Thomas Randle), one at Brad Jones Racing (Jaxon Evans), one at Blanchard Racing Team (Aaron Love) and Matt Chahda's wildcard partner.
