Tickford Racing’s expansion to four cars will also feature a new-look engineering line-up.
Thomas Randle and Jake Kostecki have joined incumbents Cam Waters and James Courtney.
Tickford’s 20th Supercars season will be led by a four-car assault, three of which feature drivers aged 27 or younger.
All engineering changes on 2022 Supercars grid
Waters will again be engineered by Sam Potter, but it’s somewhat change elsewhere.
Courtney moves into the #5 and will be engineered by Sam Scaffidi, who engineered the car last year.
Randle will be skippered by Raymond Lau, with the pair working together in Randle’s three wildcard starts in 2021.
Lau also helped Zak Best in his run to second in last year’s Super2 season.
Kostecki, the freshest of the Tickford quartet, will be engineered by Rhys Lenegan.
Lenegan steps up from data engineer to race engineer.
The duo were put to the test after Kostecki suffered an off in pre-season testing at Winton on Tuesday.
Data engineering roles will be filled by Blake Adamson, who joined the team last year, and Bayden Charlton.
Simon Robinson will be Crew Chief, with Ben Milton shifting into the role of Workshop Manager.
Robinson will also take up car controller duties for the Randle and Kostecki crew.
"We’re very happy with the team we have assembled for what is going to be a big 2022 season," team boss Tim Edwards said.
"Even in expanding back to four cars all of our management and key personnel are made up of familiar faces, which in a big team is always beneficial.
"We’ve also elevated a number of people internally and are looking forward to seeing those individuals take advantage of the opportunity."
The Beaurepaires Sydney SuperNight will open the 2022 Repco Supercars Championship on March 4-6.
