Triple Eight scores naming rights extension
Red Bull extends with championship heavyweights
The energy drinks giant first joined Triple Eight in 2013
Supercars heavyweights Triple Eight Race Engineering has announced a naming rights extension with Red Bull, with the partnership approaching two decades.
Announced on the eve of the Century Batteries Ipswich Super 440, Red Bull will continue on with Triple Eight on a long-term extension.
The energy drinks giant first joined Triple Eight in 2013, and has carried co-naming rights of the squad since 2021 with Ampol.
Red Bull colors have been carried to championships in 2013, 2014, 2017, 2021, 2022 and 2024, alongside Bathurst wins in 2020, 2022, and 2023.
Triple Eight has collaborated with some of world sport’s biggest brands courtesy of the partnership, making the championship winning team one of the most recognisable sporting franchises in Australia.

Drivers Broc Feeney and Will Brown are also Red Bull athletes.
It ensures Triple Eight has one of the longest standing naming rights partners in Supercars, with the new deal set to take the relationship towards 20 years.
"Red Bull is one of the biggest and most respected forces in sports marketing anywhere in the world, so when they choose to back you for another three years, that's not something we take lightly,” Team Principal Jamie Whincup said.
"It's a credit to every single person in this team, and it tells you exactly where we're taking this partnership next.
"This partnership has always been about more than racing. It's been about sharing the journey with Red Bull, the successes and the challenges alike, and telling the story to fans here and everywhere else this sport reaches.
"History matters, but for me this extension is about what's next. We're not here to protect what we've built — we're here to take this partnership to another level, on the track and off it.
"On track, that means pushing the whole operation harder than we ever have. Red Bull back people who are willing to take that risk and back their ideas, and that's exactly the kind of partner you want when you're trying to lead, not follow.
"Off track, there's so much more we want to do together — new ideas, new ways to bring fans into this sport, and being upfront about the mistakes as well as the wins along the way. Red Bull has never been shy about big ideas, and neither are we.
"I also want to say something about the people at Red Bull Australia directly. Their determination and their knowledge push us to be better every single day — honestly, they're exactly the type of people you want in your corner when you're chasing something bigger.”
The Red Bull Ampol Fords will hit the track at Queensland Raceway on Friday.
