Genesis Equipment comes onboard Bailey Sweeny Mustang
Sweeny sits eighth heading to Darwin on June 19-21
Blanchard Racing Team has scored naming rights for the remainder of Bailey Sweeny’s 2026 DUNLOP Super2 Series campaign.
In a big win for the Ford team, Sweeny’s #33 Mustang will sport Genesis Equipment for the final five rounds of the 2026 season.
Genesis Equipment is an Australian owned and operated supplier of workshop equipment, including car hoists, truck lifts, wheel servicing tools and tyre changers.
The new look car will roll out at the upcoming betr Darwin Triple Crown, Super2’s first visit to the Top End.
"Having Genesis Equipment come on board for the rest of the season means a lot, and the car looks great in the new colours, probably my favourite look I've had, so a big thanks to everyone who put it together,” Sweeny said.
"We're getting into the thick of it now with Super2, and Darwin is a great place to roll it out. Now it's about backing it up with results through the rest of the year."
Steve Clifford, General Manager, Genesis Equipment, added: "Motorsport is one of the toughest proving grounds for quality and reliability - the very things our customers trust Genesis Equipment to deliver every day.
"We're proud to continue our support of Australian racing by backing Bailey and the Blanchard Racing Team, and to stand alongside people who, like us, settle for nothing less than the best.”
Sweeny heads to Darwin eighth overall, 61 points behind teammate and joint leader Lochie Dalton.
