The 2025 Repco Supercars Championship shifts from sprint to enduro mode at this weekend's AirTouch 500 at The Bend.
27 cars and 54 drivers are set to do battle over the next 1500km of racing at The Bend and the Repco Bathurst 1000, with the winners of the Ryco Enduro Cup securing a Finals berth and 25 bonus points for the primary driver.
Of the 30 additional or wildcard drivers to join the field, seven will be enduro rookies, with four set to make their first ever Supercars starts at Tailem Bend this weekend.
The enduro rookie field is comprised of six young guns currently plying their trade in the Dunlop Super2 Series, with the current top three in points, the reigning champion, the reigning Rookie of the Year, and a former Super3 champion all making their first forays into the enduros.
The seventh rookie will be making his first career Supercars start at the AirTouch 500 at The Bend, but brings an impressive resume both locally and internationally.

Zach Bates
Driving with Craig Lowndes

The reigning Super2 champion turned heads on debut in Ipswich with a shock Shootout run on Sunday, and there is no question there will be more eyes trained to the #888 in the enduros. The addition of Craig Lowndes makes this combination one to watch for both enduros at The Bend and especially Bathurst, especially with emotions set to be high in Lowndes' Triple Eight farewell at Bathurst. The car finished fifth in the hands of Lowndes and Cooper Murray at last year's Sandown 500, and was on track for fourth at Bathurst before Murray was pinged for a Safety Car breach. If the car rolls out the truck strong, there's no reason they can't be causing headaches at the front of the field.
Harri Jones
Driving with Anton De Pasquale

26-year-old Jones comes into the enduros as the brightest star in Porsche Carrera Cup, currently leading the highly competitive one-make series driving for his own team. He makes his first steps into Supercars - without any Super2 experience - in the Ryco Enduro Cup, and enters a high-pressure Finals fight alongside Anton De Pasquale. Porsche converts have had mixed results in Supercars, and whichever category the two-time Carrera Cup champion falls into could very well decide his future. If he stars, he could snag a seat alongside De Pasquale next year at Team 18, and if not, it could spell the end of De Pasquale's Finals challenge.
Rylan Gray
Driving with Lochie Dalton

The current Dunlop Super2 Series leader enters his first Supercars enduro season in sparkling form. The 18-year-old has only been off the podium in two out of eight Super2 races this season, including two race wins, and has been a regular contender for wins in GT4 competition as well. Gray has a cool head on extremely young shoulders, and has been talked up as a bright prospect for the future, with his first taste of enduros being another big test for the NSW Hunter Valley product to tick off. Although teammate Lochie Dalton is the nominated primary driver, don't be surprised if Gray qualifies at either of the two enduros.

Born in Tasmania and now residing in Sydney's outskirts, the pieces have finally started to come together for Dalton in 2025. Now in his third full-time season in Super2, he was in electric form on the streets of Townsville, sweeping both poles and race wins to surge into title contention. Dalton has called the likes of double Supercars champion Marcos Ambrose mentor in his career, and will make his first appearance in the enduros this weekend in South Australia. Dalton already has two solo round starts to his name in Sydney last year, and Perth this year, and advanced into Q2 in Sunday qualifying at Wanneroo in June.
Nash Morris
Driving with Richie Stanaway

The son of 2014 Bathurst winner Paul Morris gets a well-earned main game opportunity with PremiAir Racing and Richie Stanaway. A latecomer to motorsport despite his family pedigree, it's been a rapid rise through the ranks for the 22-year-old, who has tried his hand at several different categories through his young career, however this year has been a breakout campaign as part of Tickford's all-conquering Super2 line-up, claiming his first ever win in Tasmania. Although the second generation rising star was the final piece of the enduro puzzle officially confirmed, Morris has had plenty of laps behind the wheel of the #62 at both evaluation days and test days. Should he star, Morris could be in line for a full-time promotion as questions surround PremiAir's 2026 line-up.
Jobe Stewart
Driving with Cooper Murray

A long-term Erebus prodigy, South Australian Stewart gets his first ever taste of main game Supercars on home turf in Tailem Bend. The 21-year-old has been in the Dunlop Series system since 2023, when he wrapped up Super3 honours, and was fifth in his rookie Super2 campaign last year, highlighted by a crushing win at Bathurst in October. Though this year hasn't gone to plan, Erebus have been unwavering in their support of Stewart, who has been a member of the Erebus Academy since 2017. Stewart has gone on the record to declare his intentions to be on the Supercars grid full-time next year, and a series of strong drives alongside Cooper Murray in the Erebus Camaro - both of whom starred in last year's enduros - could be the perfect audition.
Jarrod Hughes
Driving with Jack Le Brocq

The final rookie on the grid completes Erebus' line-up. Another Erebus Academy junior, Hughes announced himself on the Supercars scene with Super2 Rookie of the Year honours and fourth outright in the 2024 season. A former Toyota 86 Kaizen Award winner, the 20-year-old has endured a wretched sophomore season in Super2 to date, compounded by a hefty crash in Ipswich that left him with a dislocated shoulder. However, he has marked the enduros as a chance to turn around his fortunes for the season, and he isn't out of the equation for a potential graduation to the main game either, as he is backed by General Motors as well as Erebus.
