Event Manager Matt Ramsden said: “This is Summernats at full noise, turning the NTI Townsville 500 into more than a motorsport event — it’s a full-throttle festival of cars, culture and chaos.
“This year’s NTI Townsville 500 is shaping up to be the most action-packed yet, with three days of non-stop motorsport and entertainment.
“For the first time ever, Supercars will race on all three days, with Friday’s 100km sprint race kicking off a weekend of world-class racing, extreme sports, live music, bull riding, burnouts, car culture expos, and more.
“From Summernats Goes Troppo and MotorEx Alley to the first Australia vs New Zealand PBR bull riding showdown, fans of all ages will experience an unmatched celebration of speed and spectacle.”
The NTI Townsville 500 – now in its 16th year – remains the biggest annual sporting event in North Queensland.
Fans can still secure their tickets at Supercars.com with General Admission, Grandstand, and Corporate Hospitality options available. Concert access is included with any Saturday ticket, and kids of all ages are welcome.
