Bryce Fullwood joins drivers predicting action aplenty in Finals

All three drivers fighting to secure their Finals berths before Gold Coast 500
As the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship rapidly approaches The Finals, driving standards and team tactics have once again sparked spirited debate among drivers.
Cam Waters' epic win in Race 2 at Sydney was a clear line in the sand from Driving Standards Observer Craig Baird, with his tag on Broc Feeney with four laps remaining going unpunished despite inviting Will Brown into the lead battle.
What has followed since has been one of the most intense starts to a Supercars season in recent memory, highlighted by vigorous battling throughout the field.
Whilst there have been tensions over the new driving standards, notably from Brodie Kostecki in Taupō, drivers believe that the driving standards of those outside championship contention could make the difference come Finals.
The likes of Tickford Racing's Thomas Randle and Supercars.com's expert analyst Scott Sinclair have already raised the prospect of team tactics, and the topic was discussed further on the latest episode of the Driver's Only podcast.
Bryce Fullwood, Nick Percat, and James Golding feature on the post-Townsville episode, with all three drivers among the fight to make the top 10 and clinch a berth in the inaugural post-season.
"I think what [Finals] punishes you for is if you get taken out, and that opens it up for a team car or whatever to accept a slap on the wrist from Bairdo to wipe someone out of contention," said Fullwood.
"I think you will see it, I reckon you'll see a little bit of it.
"You look at how much the racing has opened up this year, and how much we're all getting away with, you'd be crazy to think there wouldn't be some of that going on."
"It will be interesting to see if it's obvious or not, I think that will be the question. At the moment, people are leaning on people just enough to lose two or three spots, make them drop a wheel, whatever.
"How keen are they going to be, and how big are they going to make it, are they literally going to beach someone?"
Percat replied: "I've already got visions coming off the final corner at QR five wide and just shit going everywhere. There's going to be a debacle."
"There's definitely way more of that going on," added Golding.
"People just fire in down the inside, even if you don't know they're coming in, they're coming in. You either turn in and you're upside down, or you don't turn in and you survive."
