Dick Johnson Racing reveals new-look colours for The Bend
Shell V-Power Racing Team to debut fourth different look this season
Brodie Kostecki sixth, Will Davison 17th in the championship
The Shell V-Power Racing Team has revealed a brand new livery that will run at the upcoming AirTouch 500 at The Bend.
The iconic Ford team arrived in 2025 with an overhauled look, which took on a new maroon colour scheme and naming rights partner in New Zealand. The team then joined its rivals in running an Indigenous livery for Darwin, which it retained for Townsville.
The team has now added black to its look for the Tailem Bend event on September 12-14, with OTR branding also added to the car.
It comes as the team arrives at The Bend Motorsport Park, which recently welcomed Shell V-Power naming rights backing alongside OTR.
OTR, one of Australia’s fastest-growing convenience brands, originated in South Australia and carried naming rights for Tailem Bend rounds between 2018 and 2023.
The white, red and black look is set to be one of a number of new liveries for the upcoming South Australia round.
The familiar Shell V-Power colours will return for the Repco Bathurst 1000 on October 9-12.
"This fresh, new look will certainly stand out on track and we’re excited to see the cars roll out for the next round at one of the newest permanent motorsport facilities in Australia," Shell V-Power Racing Team CEO David Noble said.
"We’re incredibly grateful and appreciative to the entire team at Viva Energy for their loyalty to our team and the broader Dick Johnson Racing family. We can’t wait to see the OTR brand out on track in just a few days’ time."
Brodie Kostecki and Will Davison are sixth and 17th in the championship, and will be partnered by Todd Hazelwood and Tony D’Alberto for the Ryco Enduro Cup.
