Cameron Hill to run Sherrin Rentals livery at Sandown
Sherrin Rentals last seen on MSR's Enduro Cup wildcard program
Sandown marks Canberran's penultimate event for MSR
Matt Stone Racing have unveiled a new look for Cameron Hill's #4 Camaro at this weekend's Penrite Oil Sandown 500.
The Canberran's usual black and white livery makes way for the orange hues of Sherrin Rentals, who take naming rights on the car for the weekend.
Hill, who won his first career Supercars race earlier this year at the Melbourne SuperSprint, will make his penultimate round start with the team at Sandown before he jumps into a Brad Jones Racing Toyota in 2026.
It marks a naming rights return for Sherrin Rentals, who took on naming rights of MSR's Ryco Enduro Cup wildcard entry piloted by Cameron Crick and Aaron Seton.
“We’ve built a great partnership with Sherrin Rentals this season, and it’s fantastic to see that continue at Sandown,” Stone said.
“They’ve been tremendous supporters of Australian motorsport for many years, and we’re proud to have their name on Cam’s #4 Camaro for this round.”
Hill said: “It’s always great to have strong backing, and Sherrin Rentals have been awesome supporters of our team,” Hill said.
“The car looks fantastic, and we’ll be pushing hard to deliver a strong result for everyone involved.”
Hill enters the weekend 12th in points, whilst teammate Nick Percat is 16th heading into his final two rounds before his full-time retirement.
Former MSR race winner Jack Le Brocq and 2024 Dunlop Super2 Series champion Zach Bates are set to pilot the team's two Camaros next year.
