We are aware of an incident that occurred on The Esplanade at Surfers Paradise this evening.
Two patients were transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital by Queensland Ambulance Service in stable conditions after a motorcycle incident that involved the bike hitting a safety barrier.
One of those patients was the rider, the other a spectator who reportedly fell over a concrete bollard avoiding the barrier.
Two other patients didn't require transport to hospital.
