The Supercars co-driver market continues to throw surprises, with Lochie Dalton signing with Erebus Motorsport for the 2026 Enduro Cup.
Tickford Racing junior Dalton will join Erebus for 2026's longest races after a standout Super2 season.
The Tasmanian secured the Boost Mobile Pole Award for the Dunlop Super2 Series at the last round in Bathurst with his fourth pole in 10 attempts for the year. Dalton also has three race wins for the year.
Dalton will race the #99 Camaro with Cooper Murray, who almost claimed a Bathurst boilover in his first 1000 with Erebus last month.
Erebus junior Jarrod Hughes completes the team's enduro line-up, remaining in the #9 entry alongside current Super2 teammate Jobe Stewart, who graduates to the main game full-time after a starring performance in the enduros with Murray..
“The guys and girls at Erebus have so much heart and somehow always find a way to pull something out exactly when it’s needed. There’s nowhere else I’d rather be for the 2026 enduros and I can’t wait to get into it with Jobe and see what we can do,” Hughes said.
Dalton added: “I’m excited to be joining Erebus for the enduros in 2026 and pairing with Cooper. They’ve shown yet again this year they know how to perform at Bathurst, and I know Cooper has unfinished business there, so we’re going to give it absolutely everything.
Erebus CEO Barry Ryan said: “It’s a bit bittersweet to have to split Cooper and Jobe up after such a strong showing at Bathurst and The Bend this year, but we’re excited by the prospect of having Jarrod and Lochie complete our Enduro Cup line-up.
"Both of them have proven speed, focus and bring a determination that fits Erebus and what we’re aiming to achieve moving forward.”
