International DJ Brooke Evers is “super pumped” to bring the party vibes back for Supercars fans.
The local music sensation is gearing up to perform at this weekend’s Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500.
For the first time since 2019, the Repco Supercars Championship is bringing its biggest party back to the Gold Coast.
Three headline music acts are performing over three huge nights of entertainment, headlined by Bliss n Eso, Carl Cox & Eric Powell’s Mobile Disco, and Sneaky Sound System.
Evers will kickstart Sunday night’s performances, bringing her signature hype that has seen her become one of the most popular electro club acts between Australia and Los Angeles.
Meeting with Erebus Motorsport drivers Brodie Kostecki and Will Brown on Thursday, Evers said relishing the chance to hit the decks on home soil.
“I am DJing this Sunday here at the club 500,” Evers said.
“It’s so close, I'm pumped.
“The race hasn't been here for years, so I’m really excited to be back.
“I've actually got goosebumps. I'm so pumped.
“It gives me a really good feeling.”
Attending the Gold Coast event for decades, the model and entertainer first performed for Supercars fans in 2019.
Smash hits such as ‘Thong Song’ feat DB Bantino have seen her spin the decks across the globe, including San Francisco, Atlantic City, Miami, and Las Vegas, but there are many reasons why performing at home is extra special for the world-renowned DJ.
“There's so much to do and it's local,” Evers said.
“It's great for the GC that we're back and running, it's all happening.
“The vibe is electric.
“Cars and music, I think it all rolls into one, it's just good entertainment.
“The Gold Coast always loves Supercars. It’s going to be great.”
Cars will hit the track for Practice 1 at 12:35pm local time/1:35pm AEDT on Friday.
The Boost Mobile Gold Coast 500 will be held 28-30 October and broadcast live on Fox Sports and the Seven Network.
Tickets are now available through Supercars.com and Ticketek.
