Session times: 2024 betr Darwin Triple Crown

The schedule for the 2024 betr Darwin Triple Crown has been locked in, with exciting new plans in place for Supercars’ annual visit to the Northern Territory.

Following its resounding success at the ITM Taupō Super400 in April, Supercars will hold a Track to Town activation in Darwin that will see the entire field of Gen3 Supercars drive from Hidden Valley Raceway into Darwin CBD on the evening of Thursday, June 13.

The beloved sunset transporter parade also returns on the evening of Wednesday June 12, where the fleet of Supercars and support category transporters will drive through the CBD to mark the championship’s arrival to the Top End.

Three days of on-track action at Hidden Valley Raceway begin on Friday June 14, with Supercars set to qualify for Saturday’s race on Friday afternoon.

Supercars will then hold two 137-kilometre races across Saturday and Sunday, making up the fifth round of the 2024 Repco Supercars Championship.

The Darwin Triple Crown will be awarded to a Supercars driver who qualifies first on Friday and wins both of the weekend’s races.

Support categories in action at the betr Darwin Triple Crown will include Porsche Carrera Cup Australia, V8 SuperUtes, Touring Car Masters, and Combined Sedans.

The Nitro Up North drag racing event will also light up the night in Darwin, with the Australian National Drag Racing Association set to race on the Hidden Valley dragway on Friday and Saturday evenings.

The betr Darwin Triple Crown serves as the Repco Supercars Championship’s official Indigenous Round, where all Supercars famously adopt special liveries designed and inspired by indigenous artists from across Australia.
