Earlier this week, two wild card entries were announced for the 2015 Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000.

It's the all-girl team versus the brothers, with international Simona De Silvestro and Renee Gracie in a Prodrive Ford Falcon, and Aaren and Drew Russell in a GRM Holden Commodore.

The Prodrive entry will be a replica of the Super Black formula from last year - which saw Andre Heimgartner and Ant Pedersen finish 11th at the end of the epic Great Race. The exercise was such a success, Super Black Racing is now a permanent team in the Championship, with Heimgartner earning his first full-time drive this year. Prodrive is proving the team to beat, with three of its four drivers in the top five.

Meanwhile the brothers will have their Dunlop Series Novocastrian team run the car, which will be prepared by Garry Rogers Motorsport before it hits the mountain.

Aaren Russell is the only one of the four drivers to have steered a new generation V8 Supercar, turning some practice laps at Queensland Raceway in a Lucas Dumbrell Motorsports Commodore. He competes against Gracie in the Dunlop Series, and has competed against his brother in previous years.

There's a long way to go until the 1000 - but which pair do you think will finish higher on the day?
