Situated on Australia’s most famous race track, the 17-acre property at 489 Conrod Straight is being sold for the first time in 88 years.
Included is a six-bedroom main house plus a three-bedroom detached extension, shed, orchard and a pine tree-lined boundary.
“These opportunities only come around every so often in a lifetime, with buyers usually holding onto the real estate in this location for generations,” reads the real estate listing.
The property will head to auction on July 30 at 7pm.
While the Mountain holds multiple annual events, including the Liqui-Moly Bathurst 12 Hour, it is the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 that really puts the town at the centre of attention every year.
The 2020 Great Race will be held across October 8-11.
