A successful Repco Bathurst 1000 has seen Erebus Motorsport secure a $75,000 donation for official team charity Feel the Magic.

Feel the Magic is an Australian non-profit which provides early intervention grief education programs for children aged 7 to 17 who have experienced the loss of a parent, guardian or sibling.

The Shaw and Partners Foundation pledged $25,000 for each Erebus Commodore that made the Top Ten Shootout, with an additional $25,000 per car that crossed the line inside the top 10 on Sunday.

Both cars reached the shootout, before Brodie Kostecki and David Russell scored a memorable podium on Sunday.

The win for Walkinshaw Andretti United pairing Chaz Mostert and Lee Holdsworth also saw a total of $40,000 donated to Dolly's Dream, with WAU sponsors Optus and Morris Finance donating $20,000 each.

Dunlop also donated $50 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation for every pit stop in the race.

During the Repco Bathurst 1000, there were 195 pit stops, including eight by the Mostert/Holdsworth entry.

It came to a total of $9750, all of which was donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation.

"At Shaw and Partners, it’s really important for us to be able to give back to the community and support the hard work of Australian charities,” Shaw and Partners Co-Chief Executive Officer Earl Evans said.

"We’re so proud to be able to donate $75,000 to Feel the Magic after the incredible performance put on by Erebus across the Bathurst weekend.

"We understand the difference a donation of this size will make to those involved with Feel the Magic and it’s a great feeling.”

Will Brown and Jack Perkins suffered a power steering drama in the race, but Brown’s provisional pole on Friday, along with Kostecki in sixth, helped secure $50,000.

Kostecki and Russell scored an additional $25,000 with third, bringing the total donation up to $75,000.

"We are so thankful to have been given the amazing opportunity to work with Erebus and Shaw and Partners," Feel the Magic CEO Adam Blatch said.

"Shaw and Partners $75,00 donation to Feel the Magic is just extraordinary and will fund a full Camp Magic program in 2022.

“That’s 50 kids through our signature program that has the most significant impact on changing the way kids live with their grief."

The 13-event 2022 Repco Supercars Championship will commence in Newcastle next year. Tickets for the event are on sale now.

The 13-round draft calendar was released during the Repco Bathurst 1000 weekend.
