The Matt Stone Racing Commodore shared by Zane Goddard and Jake Kostecki will adopt a new twist on its livery for the remainder of the 2020 season.

Having sported black and gold colours thus far, the #34 Holden will switch to a red and black scheme featuring UNIT Workwear branding.

The design debuted during the BP Supercars All Stars Eseries and will make its first real-life appearance at the Repco SuperSprint at The Bend this weekend.

“I am fairly familiar with the livery from when we ran it in the Eseries however, I am sure it will look even better on track in real life,” said Goddard.

“You can’t go wrong with a black and red car. Red is always fast so fingers crossed there is a few extra tenths in the car, and we can translate some good speed.”

Goddard will be back behind the wheel this weekend, with Kostecki set to take over for the OTR SuperSprint – also at The Bend – on September 26-27.

The youngsters will then team up for the Supercheap Auto Bathurst 1000 next month.

UNIT, an Australian-owned apparel brand, added its Workwear division late last year.

“After its reception in the Eseries we were eager to transform the #34 UNIT Racing Supercar into the bold red and black Workwear design in real life," said UNIT marketing manager Toby Lynch.

"The finished product looks amazing and is a credit to all involved. It is a great way to highlight the growing Workwear division of the brand as we head into the final rounds of the series in South Australia before the finale in Bathurst.

"We'd like to take this opportunity to recognise the efforts of all of those involved in an incredibly busy few months as the championship successfully navigates through the various challenges presented."
