All engineering changes on 2022 Supercars grid

Big changes for the 2022 Repco Supercars Championship haven't just been on the driving front.

Just 10 driver-engineer combinations from 2021 will carry over into the new season.

It starts at the very top, with champions Red Bull Ampol Racing starting 2022 with two new combinations.

Grove Racing-bound David Cauchi has been replaced by Andrew Edwards alongside Shane van Gisbergen.

Cauchi and van Gisbergen combined to win 14 races and the 2021 championship in their only season together.

Title-winning engineer Cauchi has joined Grove Racing as team principal. Grove recruit Lee Holdsworth will be skippered by newcomer Will Davidson.

It marks van Gisbergen's third engineer in as many years. Recruit Broc Feeney arrives with Super2 engineer Martin Short.

Team 18, Matt Stone Racing and Tickford Racing confirmed their 2022 line-ups, all featuring at least one change.

Scott Pye will be skippered by Bathurst-winning engineer Richard Hollway, who joined Team 18 last year.

MSR, meanwhile, confirmed driving recruits Todd Hazelwood and Jack Le Brocq's engineers.

Nick Percat, who was engineered by Edwards at Brad Jones Racing, will be led by the decorated Geoffrey Slater at Walkinshaw Andretti United.

Van Gisbergen and Cauchi split after a single season together

Chaz Mostert will continue with Bathurst-winning engineer Adam De Borre, with Dick Johnson Racing and Erebus Motorsport unchanged.

At Tickford, Cam Waters and James Courtney were engineered by Sam Potter and Brad Wischusen respectively in 2021.

Potter will remain Waters' race engineer, with Courtney linking with incumbent #5 engineer Sam Scaffidi.

Thomas Randle and Jake Kostecki will be engineered by Raymond Lau and Rhys Lenegan respectively.
