We're back on the Apple Isle for the Tyrepower Tasmania Super 440, and there's lots to be excited about! The battle will intensify on Australia's shortest, but one of the fastest circuits on the Repco Supercars Championship calendar, and here's everything you need to know about what's happening at this year's event.
1. Supercars Fanfare in Devonport

Supercars will bring the action to Devonport on Wednesday 20th May, from 3-6pm as drivers, cars and more converge on Formby Road and at the Market Square Pavillon.
The FREE public event will feature several Gen3 Supercsrs and star drivers, with a Signing Session taking place between 4-5pm and the opportunity to win several prizes.
2. Supercars Appearance: Hawks v Crows

Kick off your Thursday night with Supercars stars before the Round 11 AFL match between the Hawthorn Hawks and Adelaide Crows at University of Tasmania Stadium in Launceston.
Supercars drivers will be at the Inveresk Lawn Pecinct from 6-7:30pm where there will be games, giveaways, epic prizes and a chance to get autographs from Brodie Kostecki, Broc Feeney, Will Brown, David Reynolds, Anton De Pasquale and more.
3. Signing sessions

Fans will also get a chance to meet their favourite Supercars drivers through the weekend at Symmons Plains, with an all-driver signing session on Saturday:

4. What's On at Symmons Plains

There's plenty on offer at the Tyrepower Tasmania Super 440, these are just some of the entertainment and activations on offer over the weekend:
Drift League Demonstrations: led by local champion Brodie Maher, catch all the wild demos on track throughout the weekend, then grab autographs, photos and merch near Turn 2.
Broys Zagrocki: Broys has over 15 years’ experience as a professional trials bicycle rider, performer and instructor. Catch him performing his stunts all throughout the weekend.
Aerobatic Displays: Flight Lieutentant Kris Sieczkowski bring his aerobatic display all throughout the weekend at Symmons Plains, then on Sunday before the race a jet flypast of a 1969 BAC Jet Provost T.5A - VH-JPV will showcase vintage military power and precision
Support Categories: don't forget Tyrepower V8 SuperUtes, Battery World Aussie Racing Cars, Touring Car Masters and Tassie Tin Tops will be racing throughout the weekend - check the track schedule for when your favourite support category will be racing.
5. Explore Northern Tasmania

Find out all there is to do in the UNESCO 'City of Gastronomy' - Launceston, or explore Northern Tasmania. It has it all, from scenic drives through cool-climate vineyards, soft adventure nestled in the Tasmanian wilderness, and coastal vistas to take your breath away.
6. Track schedule

Supercars will have back-to-back practice sessions on Friday from 2:05pm (AEST). Practice 2 will round out Friday's sessions at 2:45pm. Both sessions are 25-minutes.
Saturday sees two Boost Mobile Qualifying sessions take place for Race 14 and Race 15 at 10:30am (AEST) and 10:50am (AEST) respectively. Then we go racing, with Race 14 taking place at 1:00pm (AEST). Then we celebrate a momentous milestone - Symmons Plains' 100th Supercars race. Race 15 (50 laps), taking place at 4:00pm (AEST).
On Sunday, we wrap up the event weekend with Boost Mobile Qualifying in morning from 11:35am (AEST), followed by Boost Mobile Top Ten Shootout at 12:30pm (AEST). Then at 2:45pm, Race 16 gets underway over 84 laps.
7. Parking & Traffic restrictions

Parking is FREE at the circuit. Follow directional signage off the Midland Highway to the General Admission Car Park located inside Entry 2 as noted on the track map.
Accessible parking is available near Gate 3 (Main Gate) with limited availability near Gate 2. Please display your Accessible parking permit.
There is also free parking at Inveresk with the free express bus services operating between the track on Saturday and Sunday of the event. Make sure you pre-plan and book your seat online.
Trackside parking is a crowd favourite at Symmons Plains and is back again for 2026. Drive in, park up and settle in for amazing views and action at the hairpin. CLICK HERE TO BUY YOUR UPGRADE.
