We're only three rounds into 2025, but before we know it, silly season will be upon us.
Two teams are changing cars, but what about drivers?
We know Triple Eight Race Engineering will swap Chevrolets for Fords, while Walkinshaw Andretti United will swap Fords for Toyotas.
Triple Eight (Will Brown, Broc Feeney), WAU (Chaz Mostert, Ryan Wood) and Penrite Racing (Matt Payne, Kai Allen) will retain their driver line-ups into 2026, while Nick Percat is contracted through 2027 with Matt Stone Racing.
Brodie Kostecki (Dick Johnson Racing), Andre Heimgartner (Brad Jones Racing), Anton De Pasquale (Team 18) and Cooper Murray (Erebus Motorsport) are also set to stay their respective teams.
So, what about everyone else?
Tickford Racing entered 2025 with both Cam Waters and Thomas Randle coming off-contract. The Ford drivers have options in their contracts, and CEO Simon Brookhouse has publicly stated he wants both to stay.
Last August, Kostecki and Will Davison were confirmed at DJR for 2025, with Kostecki later referring to his time at DJR as "my next few years," all but locking in 2026. Davison has previously signed one-year deals with DJR, and could continue on for a sixth season in 2026 should he continue to score podiums this year.
Percat is also contracted through 2027 with MSR, but Cameron Hill doesn't have a deal for 2026 yet. Hill, who has arguably been 2025's standout driver, could emerge as hot property should he continue his rich vein of form.
BJR star Heimgartner was first signed for 2022 "and beyond," but publicly stated at the start of last year that he "won't be going anywhere for the next three years," tying him to BJR until 2026.
Team 18 heads into 2026 under the microscope, having recently scored General Motors homologation honours. De Pasquale signed with Team 18 on a "multi-year deal," taking him through to 2026. David Reynolds signed a multi-year deal of his own before 2024, which likely expires at the end of this season. Reynolds is currently 21st in the championship, and will be after improved results from here.
Of PremiAir, Erebus and Blanchard Racing Team, only Murray has been formally locked in for 2026 courtesy of a "multi-year deal" with Erebus. The contract of Murray's teammate, Jack Le Brocq, is up at the end of the season. The team has rising stars Jobe Stewart and Jarrod Hughes in its academy, both drivers already locked in for Enduro Cup debuts.
Richie Stanaway is thought to have signed with PremiAir on a two-year deal. James Golding joined midway through 2022, and impressed in 2024. After three rounds, Golding and Stanaway sit 13th and 22nd.
Then, there's BRT, which will have at least one change with James Courtney retiring. Aaron Cameron replaced Aaron Love after Round 2, with the team also running a Mustang for Bailey Sweeny in Super2 this season. One driver who could emerge as a shock contender for a seat is Zak Best, who was spotted in the BRT garage at the Grand Prix.
Take a look at all confirmed line-ups, listed in current teams' championship order.
