After running a one-round wildcard for Lochie Dalton at Sydney last year, Tickford Racing have expanded their wildcard efforts for 2025.

Running out of their Tickford Autosport driver development program, Tickford's famous #5 returns for two solo rounds and an assault on the Enduro Cup races at The Bend and Bathurst.

Dalton returns for his second solo start in Perth, whilst highly-touted 18-year-old Rylan Gray will make his Supercars debut in Darwin, before the Super2 teammates combine for the longer races later in the year, where they will both make their Bathurst debuts.

Tickford Autosport are booming in 2025, running four Gen2 Mustangs in the Dunlop Super2 Series, and becoming the first team to sweep a Super2 round podium in Tasmania, all under the watchful eye of mentor and Tickford icon Mark Winterbottom.

Established in December 2002 after UK giant Prodrive bought Glenn Seton Racing, this championship and Bathurst-winning Ford squad now operates as Tickford Racing.

The team won back-to-back Bathurst 1000s under the Ford Performance Racing banner in 2013 and 2014. It then scored its maiden drivers’ title with Winterbottom in 2015 as Prodrive Racing Australia.

It heads into 2025 on the back of a strong first year as a downsized two-car effort, with Cam Waters claiming four race wins, and 2020 Super2 champion Thomas Randle knocking on the door of his first Supercars victory.
