Triple Eight Race Engineering will prepare three full-time Supercars entries in 2026, with SCT Motorsport to run a Ford Mustang prepared by the 13-time teams' champions this season.
The two-year deal will see Triple Eight build, manage and race an SCT Motorsport entry for the 2026 and 2027 Supercars seasons.
Jackson Walls is confirmed to make his Supercars debut in 2026, racing for SCT Motorsport.
The change comes after the SCT Motorsport license - owned by transport magnate Pete Smith, spent six full-time seasons under the umbrella of Brad Jones Racing's four-car model.
SCT Logistics first appeared as a sponsor in 2013, with logos appearing on the Walkinshaw Racing Commodore of Russell Ingall, before joining forces with Tickford and Chaz Mostert in 2016.
Pete's son Jack Smith was starting his own career at this time, and wore SCT colours throughout his junior career in Formula 4, V8 Touring Cars, and Super2, winning the third-tier V8 title in 2017 with BJR.
After making wildcard main game, appearances in an SCT/BJR Commodore in 2019, Smith and SCT stepped up full-time in 2020 in a fourth BJR Commodore.
Former Carrera Cup Australia champion Jaxon Evans took over the drive in 2024 after Smith retired from full-time driving, before the team announced their move to Triple Eight equipment in October.
