Shakedowns doubling as engine evaluations for Ford, Toyota
Triple Eight Race Engineering and Walkinshaw TWG Racing have hit the track for the first time with their race-ready Ford Mustang and Toyota GR Supra.
Broc Feeney and Chaz Mostert have rolled out in their #88 Red Bull Ampol Racing and #1 Mobil 1 Optus entries respectively, as they partake in Supercars category testing to work towards the final sign-off of the Toyota package.
Both Feeney and Mostert's laps double as 60 kilometre new chassis shakedowns.
They aren't the only cars at Queensland Raceway today, with three other main game entries cutting laps.

Objective Racing rookie Jackson Walls is also completing a new car shakedown of his Triple Eight-built chassis, whilst fellow rookie Rylan Gray is completing his first rookie day of the season for Shell V-Power Racing Team.
Jack Le Brocq is also at Queensland Raceway today in his first laps back at Matt Stone Racing, completing Chevrolet's engine testing alongside the Ford and Toyota.
All 24 full-time entries for the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship will take to the track next week at the Destination NSW Test Day in Sydney on Wednesday February 18.
The season-opening DUNLOP Sydney 500 takes place from February 20-22.
