Sprint Cup winner earns automatic Finals berth, 25 bonus points
The track schedule has been revealed for the Century Batteries Ipswich Super 440, the final sprint round of the 2026 Repco Supercars Championship.
The 2026 Repco Sprint Cup will be decided at 'The Paperclip' from August 21-23, with three action-packed sprint races comprising 440km of racing.
The Sprint Cup winner will secure an automatic berth into the Repco Supercars Finals Series, as well as an additional 25 bonus points to carry into the opening Finals round on the Gold Coast.
Any driver who is more than 600 points ahead of the Finals cut line after Ipswich will also be mathematically locked into the Finals on points, securing Golden Tickets of their own.
Saturday will see two 120km, 39-lap sprints, held on the DUNLOP Soft and Super Soft tyre respectively, before a 200km Soft tyre finale on Sunday over 62 laps.
Supercars will also be on track for two practice sessions on Friday afternoon, back-to-back Boost Mobile Qualifying sessions on Saturday, and a three-part qualifying ending in a Top Ten Shootout on Sunday.
The grid is set to swell to 27 cars in Ipswich, the biggest Ipswich field since 2013, with three wildcard additions in Aaron Seton (Matt Stone Racing), and rookies Bayley Hall (Team 18) and Ben Gomersall (Tickford).
Toyota Gazoo Racing Australia GR Cup, Porsche Equity-One Carrera Cup Australia, Trans Am Cup Series, and Battery World Aussie Racing Cars all feature on the support bill.
