Cameron Hill announces arrival of first child
29-year-old now the father of a baby boy
Hill joins Brad Jones Racing for 2026
Brad Jones Racing recruit Cameron Hill and wife Emily have welcomed their first child into the world.
29-year-old Hill took to social media yesterday to share the news, as he prepares for his first season with BJR.
Hill is now the father of a baby boy, named Miles Christopher Hill.
The Canberran stated that: "Mum and Bub both doing well, so grateful to be home safe and sound! Soaking up the cuddles."
Hill's news means that all three BJR drivers are now fathers, with Andre Heimgartner a father of two, and Macauley Jones welcoming his first child late last year.
Chaz Mostert, Jack Le Brocq, and David Reynolds complete the group of fathers on the grid, with Cam Waters also set to also join that group in the near future, as he and partner Brooke await the arrival of a baby girl.
Hill also made his first public appearance as a BJR driver over the weekend at the Canberra Festival of Speed, where he drove the Ford AU Falcon that Brad Jones infamously rolled at Adelaide in 2000.
His official tenure as a BJR driver will begin at the DUNLOP Sydney 500 from February 20-22. Tickets for the event are on sale now.
