Golding to commence 2026 season in Audi at Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour
Victorian driver to race BRT Ford in 2026 Supercars Championship
James Golding will commence his 2026 racing season in an Audi at the upcoming Meguiar’s Bathurst 12 Hour.
The Blanchard Racing Team recruit has been named in a four-strong driver line-up in a eam BRM Audi R8 LMS Evo.
Golding will share the car with Mark Rosser, Alex Peroni and Steve Brooks in the Pro-Am class.
The Victorian, who departed PremiAir Racing at the end of 2025, will make his first start in the Bathurst 12 Horur since racing an Audi in 2023.
Golding has form at Mount Panorama, crossing the line first at last October’s Repco Bathurst 1000, before being reclassified third following a penalty.
The incoming BRT driver joins full-time Supercars rivals Broc Feeney, Chaz Mostert, Cam Waters, Thomas Randle, Kai Allen, Jayden Ojeda, Ryan Wood and Zach Bates in the 2026 field.
The full 12 Hour entry list, with all driver line-ups, will be revealed ahead of the February 13-15 event.
