Ryan Wood will start from pole position in Saturday's first Semi Final race at the Penrite Oil Sandown 500.

Wood will share the front row with Walkinshaw Andretti United teammate Chaz Mostert, followed by eliminated drivers Anton De Pasquale and Brodie Kostecki.

Kai Allen and Matt Payne formed an all-Penrite Racing third row, with Broc Feeney, Bryce Fullwood, Cam Waters and David Reynolds rounding out the top 10.

The big news out of qualifying was Will Brown and Thomas Randle, who threw their Finals campaigns into disarray with double disaster. Randle was 22nd, with Brown 15th.
