Entry list: New names, wildcards add spice to Thrifty Sydney 500

There will be new drivers, new numbers and a wildcard when the 2025 Repco Supercars Championship commences at the Thrifty Sydney 500 - Opening Round.

The standard 24-car grid expands to 25 for Round 1, with Cameron Crick to make his solo Supercars debut aboard a Matt Stone Racing Chevrolet Camaro wildcard.

There are 15 Chevrolets and 10 Fords on the Sydney grid, led by reigning champion Will Brown, who will commence his championship defence with the #1 on his Red Bull Ampol Camaro.

Brodie Kostecki (Dick Johnson Racing), Anton De Pasquale (Team 18) and Richie Stanaway (PremiAir Racing) will roll out for their new teams, as will rookies Cooper Murray (Erebus Motorsport) and Kai Allen (Grove Racing).

The new-look field will roll out at the pre-season test day at Sydney Motorsport Park on February 19, and Thrifty Sydney 500 - Opening Round on February 21-23.

The very first race of the new season, and the 2025 Sprint Cup, will be a 100km affair on Friday night, following by 200km, 51-lappers on Saturday and Sunday.
